Let’s be honest, there’s been a lot of uncertainty lately, one thing's for sure however - my love of frozen bars during the summer. I decided to treat myself to a delicious Yasso frozen greek yogurt bar.
Yasso is a shamelessly, satisfying experience that won’t affect my body goals (they are only 100 calories!). They are frozen Greek yogurt bars that are creamy like ice cream but but aren’t high in sweeteners. The chocolate fudge is one of my favorite flavors like Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookies n Cream, Fudge Brownie and more!
