I hope you all are having a great week. I have been pretty busy hosting a Masterclass, getting ready to do a Instagram challenge, shooting content, pitching to brands, editing pictures, and of course strategizing on a million other things - life of a busy body entrepreneur. Which is something I will not complain about because there was a point in time recently due to covid19 I wasn’t sure how I was going to stay afloat - all blessings and God. As you know, I’ve been on a journey back to healthier and happier me :) I wanted to drop by the Blog and give you a super easy and quick one pan dish! There’s really no name to it, so let's call it, “Morgan’s Protein/Veggie Pan” - this is a super easy way to get your protein and veggies in. What you need:

Now, I like to pour mixture in a bowl and sprinkle a little shaved parmesan cheese on top and enjoy! I am staying away from carbs but you could pour on top some spiral pasta or rice and it would be delicious still. Easy clean up and easy quick dinner. Is this something you would try?
