Halloween does not have to just be for the kids, here are some Halloween themed lifestyle items to treat yourself this year.

Halloween Smoothie and Pumpkin Pie Almonds

Why not start your day off with a healthy treat - because let's face it the rest of the day is blown with sweets. This was a simple and easy Halloween smoothie that's both good for you and great to try. I've paired it with some Pumpkin Pie Almonds, so yummy! This is what you'll need for the smoothie:

• 1 Frozen Banana
• 2 tbsp Canned Pumpkin
• 1/2 tsp Honey
• 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 pinch Nutmeg
• 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt, Plain
• 5 tbsp Milk (You can sub out whatever milk you use)
• 1/4 cup Ice

Halloween Charcuterie Board and Bubbly ​

Ya’ll know how I feel about a good charcuterie board. Halloween should not be any different. I took the traditional charcuterie board and Halloween the mess out of it. You can really add anything you like on it! To make this board I used:

• Chocolate Tea Cookies
• Gummy Worms
• Candy Corn
• Candy Pumpkins
• Maple Popcorn
• Pepperoni
• Provolone Cheese

I hit up the dollar store and found all my cute Halloween decor and board. I also found the perfect “spooky” flute to enjoy some bubbly with your charcuterie board.
