There are moments in life that shift you forever. Not just the big milestones we celebrate publicly, but the quieter transitions the ones that reshape how you see yourself, your purpose, and the way you move through the world. Over the past few years, I’ve experienced a lot of those moments. Grief, growth, reinvention, healing. All of it has changed me in ways I’m still discovering.
That’s exactly why I created Forever, Changed: The Wellness Experience. This half-day gathering in Cincinnati isn’t just another event. It’s an intentional space designed for women who are navigating their own seasons of transformation whether that’s healing, entrepreneurship, burnout, self-discovery, or simply learning how to pour back into themselves again. Because if I’ve learned anything lately, it’s that many of us are evolving in real time. We’re grieving things we thought our lives would look like. We’re rebuilding after loss. We’re learning to put ourselves first after years of giving to everyone else. And sometimes, we just need a room full of women who understand that. Forever, Changed was created as part of the kickoff to my upcoming book journey, but more importantly, it’s about creating a real wellness experience that blends movement, beauty, reflection, and community. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. During the event, attendees will experience a mix of guided wellness moments, meaningful conversation, and opportunities to reconnect with themselves. We’ll incorporate movement, meditation, beauty and self-care, all designed to help women reset and recharge in a supportive environment. Think of it as a wellness pause. In our everyday lives, we are constantly pouring into work, family, businesses, relationships, and responsibilities. Rarely do we give ourselves the time to step back and ask: How am I really doing? This event is about answering that question honestly. Guests will be encouraged to bring a Pilates or yoga mat, a water bottle, and come dressed comfortably in their favorite athleisure. We’ll move our bodies gently, breathe deeply, and create space for the kind of conversations that remind us we are not alone in our experiences. Because healing often happens in community. For me personally, the idea of “forever changed” holds deep meaning. After losing my dad, I realized that life has a way of permanently altering your perspective. You don’t go back to the person you were before you become someone new. At first, that realization felt overwhelming. But over time, I began to see it differently. Being forever changed doesn’t have to mean broken or lost. Sometimes it means stronger, wiser, and more aligned with the life you’re meant to live. It means learning to care for yourself in ways you may have never prioritized before. That’s why this experience blends wellness and beauty together. Self-care isn’t superficial. It’s necessary. Whether it’s movement, skincare, rest, or simply taking time to breathe, these rituals remind us that our wellbeing matters. Honestly, women deserve spaces like this more often. The Forever, Changed Wellness Experience will be intentionally intimate, with limited spots available to keep the environment personal and meaningful. I want every woman in the room to feel seen, supported, and able to fully show up as she is. No pressure. No perfection. Just presence. My hope is that women leave this experience feeling lighter, clearer, and reminded of their own strength. Because the truth is, many of us have walked through difficult chapters and still managed to rise. That deserves to be honored. Life may change us, but it also reveals the power we carry within ourselves. Sometimes all we need is the right space to remember it. This is that space. Come as you are. Leave Forever, Changed.
